Box 66, Strafford, MO 65757, in a sealed envelope with your name, address and telephone number on the outside of the envelope. Bids will be accepted until Thursday, November 01, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. The bids will be opened on Friday, November 02, 2007 at 11:30 a.m. The Board of Aldermen will award the bids at their Regular Meeting on Monday, November 05, 2007 at 7:00 p.m.
