Every fall Strafford celebrates a piece of American history
that rolls through our town, the "Mother Road",
Old Route 66.
Along the downtown area of Strafford, with the famous road
in view, the town gathers and invites visitors to our
community's only outdoor festival, complete with food, fun,
and music.
The festival includes a classic car and antique tractor show, tractor pull, crafts fair, games and rides for the entire family, tasty food, live music, kid zone, and the One-Day Route 66 Museum. We invite your family and friends to come join our community as we celebrate the legacy of this great road that is important to our community and our country.
Planning for the 2007 Route 66 Days will begin soon. Please check back again for an important announcement for the date of the next Route 66 Days. For additional information, please visit the Official Web Site for Route 66 Days.
